order, payable to Montana Rail Link, Inc.
Once
MRL's Engineering Department has reviewed and approved

a wireline crossing permit will be forwarded to the
Property Management Division. Once the agreement has
been drawn up, you will receive the originals for signature.
Before
construction can commence:

All executed copies of the agreement must be forwarded
to the Property Management

for the first year's permit fee. Your
check or money order must be made payable to Montana

While
the project is underway, the Engineering department
will assign a contract engineer and/or flagman to observe
the work to ensure that it meets the agreed upon construction
specifications. The actual cost of construction inspection
and/or the flagmen will be billed to the permit holder.
