The
Montana Rail Link Training, Rules & Safety Department
is responsible for maintaining the safety programs and technical
training for all company employees. The group is comprised
of a director, two managers, and three administrative assistants.
Montana
Rail Link is the largest privately held railroad in the United
States and employs more than 1,000 employees. The department
relies on the assistance of the supervisors when conducting
classes, enforcing rules compliance and promoting safety.
Training is completed on company property except for a few
technical classes.
