Montana Rail Link Employee Portal Usage Policy

Please read before accessing the employee portal.

By accessing this Employee Portal, you are agreeing to abide by this usage policy. Access to this Employee Tools Portal is for Montana Rail Link employees only. Employees are prohibited from disclosing their user name and password to any other person. Information on Employee Tools and the MRL Extranet pertaining to Montana Rail Link operations shall not be disclosed, disseminated or reproduced by employees. Violations of this usage policy may result in discipline, up to and including termination.

Pay It Forward 2012

The Washington Companies’ Annual Pay It Forward Program will be offered again in 2012—with one significant difference.  For 2012, the amount of each Giving Card has been doubled from $250 to $500.  There will be 250 cards valued at $500 each awarded to employees of Envirocon, Modern Machinery, Montana Rail Link, Montana Resources, and Washington Business Services, based proportionally on the number of employees in each company. 

Employees are asked to submit their names by FEBRUARY 10th—names will be chosen the following week.  Application to submit your name is simple, just register on the Dennis and Phyllis Washington Foundation website. As in the past, recipients of the Giving Cards have wide latitude to join together to amplify their impact, give their card to any charitable cause of their choosing or use their card to help any number of organizations or individuals.
