Enclosed is a copy of Supplement 2 to Freight Tariff MRL 8000-D, issued January 1, 2010, which becomes effective on February 1, 2010. This tariff amends current Tariff MRL 8000-D.

Supplement 2 to Freight Tariff MRL 8000-D contains various rules and regulations, charges for switching and weighing, and rates for selected commodities applicable only to MRL.
