Enclosed is a copy of Tariff MRL 8000-D, issued December 1, 2008, which becomes effective on January1, 2009. This tariff cancels Tariff MRL 8000-C.

MRL 8000-D contains various rules and regulations, charges for switching and weighing, distances between stations and rates for selected commodities applicable only to MRL.

This issue does include rate increases.
