Enclosed are revisions in Item 280-B with an issue date of October 4, 2007, which will become effective on November 1, 2007.
ASLG 6004-A, Supplement 14, Item 280-B contains various rules and regulations, charges for private empty tank car storage. These revisions do include rate increases.
